At this time, American-able.com can only ship order to addresses within the United States and Canada.
UPS ground is encouraged for all consumers in United States and Canada.
Other freight other than UPS is also available such as USPS. Shipping charge will be collect on other freights.
UPS shipping charge varies depend on weight and where items are shipped.
COD is available. We only accept COD paying by cashier’s check or money order. Company checks require quick approval.
We ship out merchandise normally 1~2 days after order is placed only if the order is taken from stock. It usually takes 2~7 days for orders to arrive to your destination. (UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and next day air are also available) All other future orders may take longer. Once your order is shipped we will e-mail you with UPS tracking number and/or other appropriate delivery information.
Custom/Private orders usually take 4~6 weeks from the order is confirmed.
All claims related to shortages, quality, or specification must be made within 14 days from the receipt of goods. American-able.com cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Samples cannot be returned.
Washed or worn items cannot be returned.
Loss or damage of merchandise while in the customer's possession cannot be returned. (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents)
Refund will be made in the original form of payment for the cost of the items only. For credit card purchased items, refund amount will be credited back to the credit card. For C.O.D. purchased items, store credit will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
1. Return authorization number (RA#) is required before returning any goods. Returns without RA# will not be accepted. Please contact us to receive your RA#.
2. Pack your returns securely. Include original packing receipt and legibly mark your RA# outside the package(s) to ensure proper processing and credit. Mail all returns to the following address: ABLE USA / american-able.com Attention: Returns Department 310 East 18th Street. Los Angeles, CA 90015
3. All returns should be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that the return package(s) be sent to us using a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We will not be responsible for packages not received if sent using non-traceable carrier.
4. Allow 7 days, from the date of our receipt of package(s), for processing your return.

Once merchandise is printed, garment dyed, or altered in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise. American-able.com is not responsible for fallout or loss during the garment dye process. Regularly test the merchandise for garment dyability.
